Masala Pasta Recipe — Instructions to Follow

Step 1 — Boil Pasta
Take a large vessel with enough water to boil. Add 1–2 cup penne pasta as per your requirement & 1/2 tsp salt. Cook the pasta until al dente and drain it before using.

Step 2 — Prepare Cashews Paste
Place the cashews in a blender. Add 1/2 cup water, blend it into a fine paste, and set aside.

Step 3 — Prepare Red Pasta Sauce
Either place tomatoes or red pasta sauce in a blender along with paprika, peppers and roasted cumin. Blend all of them together to prepare a coarse paste.

Step 4 — Start the Process
Heat enough oil in a large skillet. Keep the stove on medium flame. Add some garlic and stir-fry them for a few seconds. Now, add the blended tomato paste and saute for a couple of minutes.

Step 5 — Add Pasta to Tomato Puree
Once the tomato puree is prepared, add the boiled pasta to it. Now, mix some green bell peppers, oregano, vegetable oil, spices, and curry powder. Season it with salt, and if you love to eat spicy food, sprinkle some ground black pepper to enhance the taste of your masala pasta.

Step 6 — Stir-Fry Pasta
Once you mix all the ingredients, stir-fry the cooked pasta and move it constantly to ensure the sauce is cooked properly and the pasta does not stick to the pan. Do the same for at least 10 minutes or more until pasta is fully prepared.

Step 7 — Add A Final Touch
Give a final touch to your pasta meal by adding the cashew cream, and mix it with pasta. If you love creamy pasta, you can garnish it with scallions or vegan cheese. This will make your red sauce pasta more creamy and delicious.

Guess what? Your delicious street style masala pasta is all set to serve. With this step-by-step pasta-making process, you can experience yummy street-style food at home. You can even follow the same for macaroni. To save your meal from getting soggy or sticky, make sure to get quality products from a good pasta or macaroni manufacturer in India. Also, it is advisable to use pasta sauce instead of making tomato puree as this will bring in a complete street style taste.
